Wang Leiling Won DAAD Scholarship Awarded by the Global Largest Academic Exchange Institution

Recently, Wang Leiling, from School of Printing and Packaging,won DAAD Scholarship awarded by the global largest academic exchange institution DAAD. DAAD provides financial support to international students and scholars, and awards scholars who do well in a certain academic field.

Wang Leiling was admitted by the School of Printing and Packaging as a postgraduate student in 2008, and joined the exchange program ‘Printing and Media Technology Cooperative Training Program’ between Wuhan University and The University of Wuppertal in 2010. Students who take part in this program need to complete courses of one and a half year in WHU, individual projects, German courses and TestDaF, and qualified applicants will then go to UW for further study for one and a half year.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Frommer, vice president of UW, spoke highly of Wang on her professionalism, leadership, and attitude towards challenges.
