In February 21st, publicity meeting of exchange program between the University of Leeds and School of Printing and Packaging was held in the conference hall. Nearly a hundred teachers and students, including Deputy-Dean Yi Yaohua, deputy-director of printing engineering office Zhou Yihua and deputy-director of packaging engineering office Liu Xinghai attended the meeting.

Yi Yaohua attached great importance for students to broaden their horizon and pay attention to their self-improvement. Zhou Yihua introduced the basic information of the University of Leeds to the undergraduate and postgraduate students, and made the application requirement clear to all.

According to the leadership’s discussion before the meeting, three kinds of exchange programs will be carried out, namely 3+1+1, 1+1+1 , 3+1+1+2 .

Yu Ye, foreign secretary of School of Printing and Packaging, who once studied in the University of York, made a brief introduction about the British education system, climate and ordinary consumption.

In recent years, School of Printing and Packaging is dedicated to international cooperation.Teachers and students have more chance to go abroad and experience an entirely new education system. So far, there are exchange programs with University of Wuppertal, Rochester Science Institute, Hong Kong Design Institute and other cooperation.
