On the afternoon of October 19, Our department hold a meeting for 2016 session of graduates to make a good guidance for the graduates. The objective of the conference was to promote the graduates’ ability for finding ideal jobs and encourage them taking the postgraduate exam and doctoral examination or going abroad for further education.

The Party Committee Secretary Zuo Jun, deputy Party Committee Secretary Zhou Cuifang, Associate Director of Printing Engineering Research Laboratory Zhou Yihua, Associate Director of Packaging Engineering Research Laboratory Liu Xinghai, other teachers and all 2016 session of graduates attending the conference which is chaired by Zhou Cuifang.

Zuo Jun had a special topic and the title was The roads and means to success in Finding an ideal job. In the lecture, he analyzed the idea and substantial practice of job-hunting aiming at the current situation of College Students' Employment. He emphasized that a good job be get in a passive way and we should prepare well for the application and have active analysis and efforts to win over it. He encouraged the students going for a further education and pointed out that knowledge will not be a burden and we should not throw away the knowledge we got from undergraduate major easily. The viewpoints which advocated that everyone should broaden horizons and improve the comprehensive ability continuously got strong resonance from the audiences.

Zhou Yihua suggested students to apply for the postgraduates in our department to get further studies and advised those students who want to get a job to improve their comprehensive quality according to the social evaluation system. Liu Xinghai encourage students taking the postgraduate exam and doctoral exam or going abroad for further education. In the direction of employment, he pointed out that students should consider the relevant areas of our major.

Huang Shu made a notification and reminder about graduation credits which should be qualified. Yang Jia explain the relevant matters of the graduate contract management system.

Zhou Cuifang informed the data of graduates’ employment destination and analyze all of the employment fields. In the conference, she announced the Activity Commission name list of the 2016 session of the graduates and the work of the participants and pointed out that students should make full use of the network platform and information means to get the employment information.

After the meeting, the students said that it will help them to do a good job in the next step of their life through the the employment guidance and the analysis on postgraduate entrance examination.
