ProfessorFrench, theFaculty of the Case School of Engineering, who come fromCase Western ReserveUniversity, USA visited School of Printing and Packagingon November 14th.Dean Wan, Professor Liand other teachers in Packaging Research Center consult ProfessorFrench to discuss the cooperative education and academic exchange between our department and the Case Western Reserve University.

In the evening , ProfessorFrench held a seminar in theconference room to the students. He introducedCase Western Reserve University in many directions, such as theintroduction of the University and the school of Material Science and Engineering, thepost graduation programs,his research on Photovoltaic materialsand so on. He also patiently answered the questions from the undergraduates and graduate students.

Case Western Reserve University ranks 37 in USA(US NEWS 2016)，it enjoys a high academic reputation, and it has 16 Nobel prize winners who is related with the university.It is reported that our Department will build 3+2 Early Entry Masters Program withschool of material science and engineering, Case Western University University .
