Recently, the ministry of education published the announcement on the construction of 2013-2017 commission of teaching instruction in higher institutions of education ministry. The commission covers majors such as light chemical engineering, packaging engineering and printing engineering. Prof. Wan Xiaoxia, dean of School of Printing and Packaging, was selected as the deputy director of light-industry majors.

The commission of teaching instruction is the experts team employed by the ministry of education. It is aimed at teaching research, consultancy, instruction, appraisal, and service work in undergraduate education of higher institutions and plays an important role in promoting the education in higher institutions in china. Members of this commission is based on the recommendation of educational administrative department , higher institutions affiliated to central authorities, industrial department and the last commission and the careful selection of the ministry of education.
