On 2nd March, 14 undergraduates from School of Printing and Packaging went to Hong Kong Design Institute(HKDI) for a 2-week exchange program. Chen Na, lecturer of School of Printing and Packaging, took the lead, and everyone was welcomed by the staffs of Hong Kong Printers Association and HKDI.
During this period, students attended lectures delivered in English and learned the skills to develop Apple Apps using Xcode and design e-books with the aid of In Design. This exchange program kept the students abreast of the latest technology of printing, and provided students with the opportunity to experience the education in Hong Kong.
The exchange program between HKID and School of Printing and Packaging started in 2004. During the 10 years, the strength and influence of School of Printing and Packaging has been greatly enhanced.
