研究方向

低维纳米材料与纳米传感器。主要包括

1. 纳米材料的制备及结构与物性的调控: 高质量外延薄膜(超高真空磁控溅射、PLD、电子束蒸发、CVD气相沉积)的制备、AFM,XRD,Raman, PL, SEM,HRTEM等结构及表面表征、低温强场输运特性、高压电磁性能检测。

2. 具有优良光电磁性能的微纳电子器件的加工工艺及性能开发等。

3. 微纳柔性电子器件的制备工艺,及以二维纳米材料为基的柔性电子器件的制备与性能调控。柔性电子在internet+中的发展。
